This goal setting session will audit where you are in your business, using a business wheel, and review what needs focus over the next 3 months. It will look at the different elements of your business and how they work together in order to form your business.

In this coaching session you will review:

  • Where you are now
  • What might be holding you back
  • Which parts of the business need your focus
  • What your goals are

A Business Wheel will be applied to review your progress, and this exercise can be repeated every quarter to track progress. 


Business Gateway coaching sessions are designed to be small groups to discuss your individual businesses. 

Due to limited numbers, please don't book unless you are able to attend and cancel in advance if you are unable to make it.

Priority will be given to businesses within Edinburgh and The Lothians and only open to businesses based in City of Edinburgh, East Lothian, Midlothian and West Lothian.. 

You will only receive materials from the workshop if you attend. 

Business Gateway webinars gain CPD accreditation

From the start of May, every national Business Gateway webinar will be fully accredited by The CPD Group.

Webinar attendees will receive two hours of certified Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credit for each live session, along with a personalised certificate that can be used for professional records, compliance requirements or skills development tracking. Existing bookings will automatically qualify.
