As part of our series of monthly business seminars, our member Paul Dick and Associates invite RIC Tenants and Members, staff and students on Campus and the wider Midlothian Science Zone to join this session on the innovation pathway to explore the full path to bring a technology to market.
This session will highlight the importance of defining the market of interest, running competitive and market analysis, and assessing regulatory pathways, requirements, timelines, and costs.
It will show how these elements connect and how to set priorities with limited resources. It also reviews go to market channels such as direct sales, B2B, and distributors, and the role of corporate partnering and fundraising.
The format is interactive, participants discuss real challenges, share their current stage, and exchange input on next steps and common pitfalls to avoid.
